Many tournaments consist of multiple categories. For example, a male and female category. Or an Under 9, Under 11 & Under 13 category. In Tournify, we call these categories "divisions". You'll want to create a division for every category, which can be done when creating a new tournament or later on at the General page. If no divisions are created all teams will be added to the first main division. You can rename this division and add new ones.

Each division will have its own teams and format. On the Schedule page you have the freedom to plan the matches of the divisions exactly like you want to. If you want to delete or rename a division, simply click on the edit pencil next to a division. Please note that the first division always needs to exist and can only be renamed but not deleted.
