Add individual players to teams
Updated over a week ago

Click on Participants in the left sidebar and open the Teams tab. Make sure the Players column is enabled from the Team Information panel. Add your teams first and then click on the + Player icon in a team row.

You can add a single player or switch to the Multiple Players tab to import a list of players. The players will be added to the team you've selected. There's currently no way to import the players of all teams in one go.

Next to the name of the player you can use the second column to enter a date of birth, or any other information you like to keep internally. Only the information entered in the name field is shared publicly. Please make sure to comply with GDPR regulations if you're based in the European Union and plan to share personal data.

💡 Tip: if you like to add jersey/shirt numbers to the player names, please use the Name field for this as well and put the number before or behind the players' name.

There's currently no way to let teams submit or update team rosters themselves. Only the organizer of a tournament is able to add players to teams via the admin. We hope to bring support for this highly requested feature later this year.

Keep track of player statistics

Once you've added individual players to the teams you might not only want to present the squad lists but also plan on keeping player statistics. Please go to General > Group Ranking > Track player statistics to create your statistics. You can either use the predefined goals, attendance, yellow cards and red cards statistics or add your own. When you enter a score from the Results page you'll be able to enter the player statistics as well as the final match result.
