Quick start guide

Updated over a week ago

Creating a match schedule starts by adding playing fields. Click on Add playing field and give a name to the field. After you've added all playing fields, you can use the Match Duration button to set the length of the matches and time between matches.

Use the option Plan to plan matches automatically on different playing fields. Select the groups, brackets and single matches you want to plan and select the playing field you want to use. We'll plan the matches on the location and match day you have opened on the screen. Switch between locations and match days to create a schema for each day.

At the bottom of each playing field you can add add breaks to the match schedule. You can also add events to include side activities in the schedule, like award ceremonies.

You can also drag matches manually to the playing field from the Not planned list. You can re-order matches at any time by dragging matches to a different time or playing field. If you want to remove a match from the schedule, simply drag the match to the Not planned list.

Assigning referees to matches is also done on the right panel. You can drag referees to a match manually or let Tournify do the planning for you.
