Do I need an account to use Tournify?

If you want to organise a tournament, you need to register and create an account. By doing so, you can save your tournament and restrict access to others. We only ask for your name and email when registering, and you can pick a password. Participants to the tournament and other viewers can follow the tournament online without an account.

How do I change the email address of my account?

You cannot change the email address associated with an existing Tournify account. To update your email, please create a new account with your new email address and then email us at [email protected] to request the transfer of your existing tournaments to the new account. Ensure that you send this request from the email address linked to your old account, as we can only verify your identity if the request comes from the original email address.

How many people can log in to the same account simultaneously?

There is no limit to the number of users who can log in to the same account. You are welcome to share your login credentials with other organizers. Additionally, you can manage the same tournament with multiple accounts by adding extra accounts as administrators on the Participants page. We also offer the option to share login links with referees and teams, allowing them to report scores directly through the tournament website or app without needing to create an account.

Do I need internet to use Tournify?

You need to have an active internet connection and a modern browser to use Tournify. You can use Tournify on any device (pc, laptop, tablet). We recommend using Google Chrome.

Can I download an iOS/Android app?

Yes! Every Pro, World Class or Legendary tournament can be presented using the Tournify App, which is available for Android & iOS. No one's gonna be late for a match thanks to handy push notifications. Referees or players may submit scores directly from within the app, when you provide them with their unique login link. The app is made only for presenting tournaments: the tournament planner (Tournify Manage) is only available in your browser. We recommend choosing a big screen to create your match schedules (although the website is completely responsive and works on mobile phones as well).

I'm missing a feature or need support for my sport. Where can I report this?

We're eager to hear about the features you'd like to see on Tournify. That's why we have a dedicated feature request page. Visit us at www.tournifyapp.com/manage/features, where you can vote on and comment on ideas submitted by others, or suggest new ideas!

Can I reuse or copy an older tournament?

You can quickly duplicate a tournament by navigating to the overview page, where all your tournaments are listed. Simply click on the three dots next to the name of the tournament and select Make a copy.

Can I use Tournify to organize a league?

Tournify is suitable for organizing both tournaments and leagues. For each tournament, you can add all your match days via the General page. To set up a league, add all teams to one large group on the Format page. Then, use the Rounds filter from the planner tool, located on the right side of the Schedule page, to schedule one match round per match day. Please note that scheduling is handled per match day separately and it is currently not possible to set an end time for a playing field in order to schedule matches continuously.

How do I organize an online (eSports) tournament using Tournify?

We offer a dedicated online tournament mode that is ideal for tournaments not constrained by the availability of playing fields. In this mode, the Schedule page is disabled, and matches are automatically organized into playing rounds. To activate the online version, simply select "This is an online (eSports) tournament" from the General page.

How do I create a tournament via ProSoccerData?

Our integration with Pro Soccer Data (PSD) enables you to create tournaments from the PSD dashboard. To get started, log in to the PSD dashboard, navigate to Administration > Tournaments > Own Tournaments, and set up a tournament and its edition. Then, click on the green Planning icon to manage your event in Tournify. An upgrade to your tournament should be requested from the PSD platform.

In which languages is Tournify available?

Our tournament manager, websites, and app are available in English, German, French, Spanish, Dutch, and Polish. If you’d like to request an additional language, please visit www.tournifyapp.com/manage/features to submit your request.
