We offer single-use upgrades, each valid for organizing one tournament. This pricing makes it easy to incorporate Tournify costs into your event budget. It is the most affordable and straightforward solution for organizers hosting one or a few tournaments yearly. Every tournament with up to 8 teams is free. For bigger events, we have two main upgrades available:
World Class - €40 / $45 / £35
For running a tournament or league with up to 60 teams
Legendary - €120 / $135 / £100
For running a tournament or league with more than 60 teams
Here's everything you need to know about our upgrades:
You can have as many free tournaments as you wish, with up to 8 teams per tournament.
The upgrades are per tournament. You’ll need to get a new upgrade if you want to host another tournament with more than 8 teams or like to copy the original tournament to reuse it for a new edition.
You can pay online via Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, iDeal, Giropay and Przelewy24, among other payment methods.
Each upgrade unlocks all premium features, including access to our Android & iOS app and design customization options for your tournament website. The only difference between the World Class and Legendary upgrades is the number of teams you can include. All other premium features are exactly the same.
A tax invoice will be emailed after each upgrade. If the payment was made in a currency other than euros, the email may take up to 24 hours to arrive while we wait for the currency conversion and final settlement amount to be confirmed.
After purchasing an upgrade, feel free to test and experiment as much as you like. Only once the tournament has fully finished, the event will be locked by us. It remains visible at all times but you can't make changes any more.
You can upgrade from World Class to Legendary at any time, and then only have to pay the difference in price (€80 / $90 / £65).
Upgrades apply only to the specific tournament selected during the upgrade process. Once you make a copy of an upgraded tournament, the license isn't transferred.

Open your tournament
Click Upgrade in the blue header, then select View packages
Choose the package that best suits your event and complete the form
Complete your online payment

Per-event upgrades are instantly applied and valid for the full duration of your tournament or league. After the tournament has finished, the event will be locked by us. It remains visible at all times but you can't make changes any more. You’ll need to get a new upgrade if you want to host another tournament or like to copy the original tournament to reuse it for a new edition.
What happens to my upgrade if the tournament is cancelled or postponed?

If a tournament is cancelled or postponed, your upgrade remains valid. You can adjust the event date and other details to continue using your existing upgrade. Please note that we do not offer refunds, but we’re happy to help you reschedule your upgrade for a future event.

If you accidentally activated your upgrade on the wrong tournament, our support team can move your upgrade to a different tournament for you. Simply email or message us the following:
Original tournament name and the account email address used to purchase the upgrade
Desired tournament name and the account email address on which the upgrade should be activated
Once we receive your request, we’ll transfer the upgrade as soon as possible.

Each upgrade is linked to the specific tournament you selected during checkout. If you delete that tournament, the upgrade will be deleted as well.
If you accidentally deleted your tournament before the event took place, please create a new tournament in your account and contact our support team. We’ll transfer your upgrade to the new tournament for you.

If you’re organizing an online esports tournament that doesn’t require field planning, you can choose our more affordable Online upgrade for €20 / $23 / £18.
With the Online upgrade:
The Schedule page is disabled
Matches are automatically organized into playing rounds
There’s no limit on the number of teams or players
Because the Online upgrade is offered at a lower price than our regular tournament upgrades, it can’t be converted to an offline tournament upgrade after purchase. If you accidentally purchased the Online upgrade for an offline tournament, please contact our support team. We’ll be happy to help you find a solution.
