We offer single-use upgrades, each valid for organizing one tournament. This pricing makes it easy to incorporate Tournify costs into your event budget. It is the most affordable and straightforward solution for organizers hosting one or a few tournaments yearly. Every tournament with up to 8 teams is free. For bigger events, we have three upgrades available:
Pro - €20
For running an online (eSports) tournament without the need to create a field planning. The Schedule page is disabled, and the matches are automatically organized into playing rounds. There’s no limit on the number of teams/players.
World Class - €40
For running a regular tournament or league with up to 60 teams
Legendary - €120
For running a regular tournament or league with more than 60 teams
Here's everything you need to know about our upgrades:
You can have as many free tournaments as you wish, with up to 8 teams per tournament.
The upgrades are per tournament. You’ll need to get a new upgrade if you want to host another tournament with more than 8 teams or like to copy the original tournament to reuse it for a new edition.
After the tournament has finished the event will be locked by us. It remains visible at all times but you can't make changes anymore.
You can pay online via Credit Card, PayPal, Apple Pay, iDeal, Giropay and Przelewy24, among other payment methods.
A tax invoice will be emailed after each upgrade. Pro forma invoice payments are exclusive to businesses in The Netherlands or Belgium.
After purchasing an upgrade, feel free to test and experiment as much as you like. We'll always perform a manual check to verify if the event actually took place, before locking it.
If a tournament is cancelled or postposed, your upgrade remains valid. You can adjust the event date and other details to continue using your existing upgrade.
You can upgrade from World Class to Legendary at any time, and then only have to pay the difference in price (€80).
Switching from an online (eSports) to an offline tournament isn't possible after choosing the Pro upgrade. Please reach out if you've mistakenly selected Pro.
Each upgrade unlocks premium features, including access to our Android & iOS app and options to customize your event page's design.
How to upgrade a tournament?
To upgrade a tournament, simply access the tournament from your account and click on the Upgrade button located in the blue header. Select your desired package and fill out the necessary form. Upgrades take effect immediately.
