My VAT ID is invalid?
During the checkout process, if you are purchasing as a company based in the European Union, we will ask for your VAT ID. This is to comply with EU VAT regulations, which require us to apply reverse charge VAT if your company is registered for EU VAT. If you do not have a VAT ID, or if it is not valid for cross-border transactions (you can verify this on the EU's website), please proceed with your purchase as a 'private individual'. You can still enter your organization’s name in the first and last name fields. VAT will be charged at the rate applicable in your country.
What does the due date on an invoice mean?
What does the due date on an invoice mean?
The due date on the invoice represents the final date by which payment must be made, and legally, we are required to specify this date on the invoice. If the invoice has already been paid, there's no need to worry about the due date at all. Please note that the due date is not related to the validity of your tournament upgrade. Your tournament upgrade is associated with the specific tournament for which it was purchased and remains valid until your tournament has finished.

I'm trying to use the free version but keep receiving prompts to upgrade. How can I proceed?
The free version allows up to 8 teams per tournament, meaning you can't add more than 8 teams to the groups. However, you're encouraged to explore all the other features of the app, such as creating match schedules and setting up a tournament website. This will help you get to know the software and ensure Tournify is the right choice for you before you decide to upgrade and add more teams.
Can Tournify sponsor my tournament?
Can Tournify sponsor my tournament?
Thank you for considering Tournify as a potential sponsor for your event. As you'll understand, we receive numerous sponsorship requests. We understand that many tournaments operate on tight budgets, often relying on sponsorships. Our customers typically include nonprofit organizations such as schools, clubs, and associations. We are committed to creating excellent software that people are willing to pay for, which is why we do not display ads anywhere on our platform. Our pay-per-tournament pricing model is designed to make our software accessible to anyone dedicated to providing the best possible experience for players and fans, and who is willing to invest a small amount to simplify their tasks. Your contribution also supports the ongoing development of the app. As a general rule, we do not fulfill sponsorship requests, with the exception of a few selected charity events.

How do I duplicate a tournament?
How do I duplicate a tournament?
To duplicate a tournament in Tournify:
Go to the overview of all your tournaments
Click on the three dots located at the top-right corner of the tournament you like to copy
From the dropdown menu, select "copy tournament." Choose whether to include the teams or not.
This action creates a new editable copy that requires its own upgrade. Upgrades do not transfer to duplicated tournaments. Duplicated tournaments are considered separate events and require their own upgrades if necessary.
What is considered "one tournament"?
What is considered "one tournament"?
A single-use upgrade applies to one event in Tournify. An event may include multiple match days, fields, locations, or divisions, as long as all of the following conditions are met:
All match days belong to the same continuous event, even if it spans several days (e.g., Fri–Sun, or across two weekends).
All divisions/categories are part of the same tournament (e.g., U12, U14, Men, Women).
A league or season is considered one event, as long as the same teams participate throughout the entire duration and the matches are part of a single, ongoing competition format.
The event has one overall structure, one set of teams (per division), and one start/end timeframe.
You may not use the same upgrade if:
You run multiple unrelated events with different teams, at different times of the year (e.g., a Spring Cup in April and a Winter Cup in November).
You run multiple leagues or seasons with different groups of teams (e.g., Fall league and Spring league with new participants).
You host qualifiers or preliminary rounds months apart that involve changing teams or are treated as separate events.
