Share access to a tournament with co-organizers

Updated over a week ago

To collaborate with multiple organizers on a single tournament, sharing your Tournify login details is an option, though not the most secure. A better approach is to encourage your co-organizers to sign up for their own Tournify accounts. Once that's done, navigate to the Participants > Administrators page, where you can extend tournament access to other accounts by selecting the Add administrator option. This feature allows you to assign specific permissions to each administrator, controlling which pages they can access and modify.

Please note, you can only add individuals whose email addresses are associated with existing Tournify accounts. If a co-organizer's account does not yet exist, please ask them to register for a free account beforehand.

The status of your tournaments will be shared with administrators. This means that if you've purchased a Pro, World Class or Legendary upgrade or have an active subscription on your account, admins will enjoy the benefits of the same license.

An administrator is not able to make copies of the tournament, add or remove admins or setup the Mollie integration.
