Click on Participants in the left sidebar and open the Referees tab. Open the Referee Information panel. Here you'll be able to activate one or more of the predefined data columns. The information you enter for each referee will be considered during the automatic scheduling of referees on the Schedule page.
Locations and fields
Set the availability for each referee for each location and playing field.
Availability (days and times)
Limit the availability of each referee for specific days and times.
Divisions
Limit the availability of each referee for specific divisions (like age group).
Max. number of matches
Set a limit to the number of matches a referee may be assigned to.
Excluded teams/players
Ensure that referees are not assigned to matches involving certain teams. However, be aware that a referee might still be scheduled for a different match at the same time, as there is no automated feature available yet to prevent such assignments.
Role (1-5)
Assign specific roles to referees. For instance, in a football tournament, you can designate the main referees as role 1, and the assistant referees as roles 2 and 3.
There's currently no option to limit the availability of each referee for a specific group. You could use the fields filter if you plan to schedule each group on its own playing field or you can manually drag & drop referees to the matches on the Schedule page.
