You can now share your tournament with the participants and supporters! In Tournify you can create a public website: a tournament website with all the information about your tournament including the up-to-date match schedule, latest results and standings. No need for a tournament guide on paper! Next to the public website, you can use televisions screens or a projector to display the standings and matches. Simply create a slide show in Tournify.

Start by creating a URL by clicking on Create public link. This is the address of the website you can share with the participants and supporters. You can choose your own web address. Once the link is created you can choose which pages you want to show on the public website. If you want to open your tournament’s public website, select Presentation from the header menu and then Public Website.

If you’ve upgraded your tournament to the Worldclass or Legendary package, you can include your tournament in the Tournify App, available for iOS and Android. Toggle the switch to make your tournament discoverable in the app.

Next to the public website you’ll also find an option to create a slide show. You can create your own slides and use them to present your tournament. You can show the slide show on a big television screen or using a projector, by connecting your laptop with an HDMI cable. Start by adding a slide and then choose which groups, matches or brackets you want to show. You can also add text or images to your slides. The amount of information that fits on one slide depends on the size of your screen. In most cases, you can fit two or three groups on one slide. Once a slide is marked as Active, it is included in the presentation. If you want to open your tournament’s slides, select Presentation from the header menu and then Slide show.

If you’ve upgraded your tournament to the Worldclass or Legendary package, you can adjust the design of the public website, app and slide show. You can pick a colour, upload a logo and background and list sponsors.
