I purchased an upgrade for the wrong tournament: what now?

If you accidentally activated your upgrade on the wrong tournament, our support team can move your upgrade to a different tournament for you. Simply email or message us the following:

  • Original tournament name and the account email address used to purchase the upgrade

  • Desired tournament name and the account email address on which the upgrade should be activated

Once we receive your request, we’ll transfer the upgrade as soon as possible.
