⚡️ Add teams, referees and admins

Quick start guide

Updated over a week ago

On the Participants page, you can add and manage teams and referees. You can also invite administrators to collaborate on your tournament.

Manage teams

On the Teams page you can use the Add team button to add teams one by one or to add multiple teams at once. Just enter the name of the team after you've clicked the button. Put each team on a new row if you decide to add multiple teams at once. If you want to save more information from each team (besides its name), you can open the Team Information panel. Please click the information you want to add to each team, or press Add data column to keep track of team information for your own administration.

After the teams have been added, you can edit a team by clicking the pencil icon next to the team name. You can also select teams in order to delete teams or move the teams to another division.

If you’ve created multiple divisions, you can switch between divisions on top of the Teams page. New teams are added to the division you have selected.

Manage referees

On the Referees page you can use the Add referee button to add referees one by one or to add multiple referees at once. Just enter the name of the referee after you've clicked the button. Put each referee on a new row if you decide to add multiple referees at once.

After the referees have been added, you can edit a referee by clicking the pencil icon next to the referee name. You can also select referees in order to delete them.

Add administrators

If you want to work with multiple organizers on the same tournament, you can easily share your Tournify login credentials with others. However, you can also ask them to create a Tournify account themselves (or create an account for them). Afterwards, you are able to go the Administrators page and share your tournament with other accounts by clicking on the Add administrator button. You can set the rights for each administrator by deciding which pages the administrator is allowed to view and edit.

You can only add an email address for which a Tournify account exists. If none exists yet, please ask your co-organizer to setup a free Tournify account first.
