If you want more control over the number of registrations for your tournament, you can set a maximum number of signups and a maximum number of signups per division in Tournify.
How to set a participant limit:
Navigate to "Presentation"
Go to the section "Pages"
Open the "Sign Up' tab by clicking on 'Edit page'
Set up a "Max number of sign ups" for the total number of sign ups for all divisions and/or a “max number of sign ups per division”
Keep in mind that the numbers you enter here contain the total number of participants (teams or players), regardless of whether they were added manually or come through the registration page.
What happens when the limit is reached:
Once the limit is reached, no additional participants can sign up or register. Participants can always be added manually, even if this exceeds the set maximum
Existing participants are not affected
You can always adjust the maximum number of registrations.
