Can teams sign up for a waiting list when the event is full?

The online registration page currently does not feature a built-in waiting list option. Nevertheless, you can create an additional division on the General page to serve as a waiting list. When a spot becomes available, you can transfer teams from the waiting list division to another division via the Participants > Teams page, by selecting the team and opting to Move it.

Is there also a sign up form available for referees?

Currently, we do not offer a dedicated registration page for referees. Organizers can add referees directly through the Participants > Referees page.

On my registration page it says that the tournament is full?

When a tournament or division is labeled as 'full', it indicates that all available spots have been filled, according to the limits you've established in the admin panel. To adjust these settings, navigate to Presentation > Website & App and select the Edit Page button beneath the Sign Up page. Ensure that neither the Max number of sign ups (the aggregate limit across all divisions) nor the Max number of sign ups per division have been exceeded. You can expand or increase the earlier defined numbers, to allow more teams to sign up. It's important to remember that the total team count includes all teams listed on the Participants > Teams page, regardless of whether they were added via the admin panel or the sign-up form.

Teams attempting to register are encountering the warning message: "The spots you've selected are no longer available." What do I do?

When a team initiates the sign-up process, we reserve a spot for them for 15 minutes to provide enough time to complete the form submission. This reservation automatically expires if the form isn't completed within that timeframe. If you're using Mollie as your payment provider, the reservation period is extended once a registrant proceeds to the payment screen. The duration until a reservation is released then varies based on the payment method used. For instance, the reservation for credit card payments expires after 30 minutes, whereas for PayPal, it lasts 72 hours. If you conducted test registrations before Mollie was properly configured, those reservations won't be automatically released. In such cases, please contact our team to manually clear any outstanding reservations.
